Really big STINK as HONEY BOO BOO, 7, still WEARS DIAPERS! Even though she’s a pre­cocious 7-year-old, Alana “Honey Boo Boo” Thompson was recently photo­graphed wearing a diaper! The pint-size reality TV star’s pull-up was plain to see when she appeared with her mother, June “Mama” Shan­non, to receive the title of “Miss Extra” at The Grove mall in Los Angeles. And that wasn’t the only time she’s been spotted sporting a diaper. “I was at their home a year ago, and Alana was running around the house wearing nothing but a diaper then,” Ca­leb Clark, ex-boyfriend of Alana’s oldest sister Anna “Chick­adee” Shannon, told The ENQUIRER. “I was wonder­ing, ‘Isn’t she toilet-trained yet?
